Fertilization, Weed Control and Pest Control for Commercial Properties

Fertilization, weed control, and pest management is the key to a full, green, healthy commercial lawn. Our high-quality nutrient-packed fertilization services create a stronger root system that prevents a lawn full of brown patches, sparse grass, or pesky insects.

When evaluating your green spaces, we look at broadleaf and grassy weeds and seek out any insects that have set up residence. This provides us with a good baseline for a treatment plan that will create the lush green lawn you are looking for.

When we do find weed or pest infestations we use preventative and rehabilitation efforts such as liquid (kill on contact) and granular (time-release) treatments. If weeds have set roots, we spot-treat to remove. If needed, we’ll dig out clumps to help build a strong foundation to effectively keep invasive species out.

Let Stonebridge Lawn & Garden help keep your customers safe from pesky bug bites, scratchy weeds, and fire ant piles!

Our Healthy Lawn Solutions Treatment Packages offer a variety of services for you to pick from. Each plan comes with a 4-times per year assessment and evaluation to make sure that your treatments are working.

New Sod for Commercial Properties

Looking for the best way to complete the green space of a new building project or enhance existing grounds?  No need to wait for the grass to seed and grow when you can have instant gratification with new sod.

While sod offers an instant-lawn that completes the look and feel of your commercial space, new home builds, or apartment complexes, it’s important to pick the right type of grass capable of handling the amount of sunlight, foot traffic, and drought conditions on your property.

Our sod is freshly cut from the sod farm and delivered to your project. It’s already matured grass which means there are fewer issues with weeds.

With Stonebridge Lawn & Garden we make sure you know how to properly care for your new turf so that it takes root and grows strong. We provide watering and maintenance instructions can set your watering systems to run at the proper times, and are here to answer any questions you might have.

Tree Trimming for Commercial Properties

Trees are beautiful, offer shade and privacy and add value and character to your commercial property. However, just like any plant, if not maintained they will grow out of control and look unsightly. The frequency of trimming and the time of year we trim will depend on the types of trees.

Before beginning your job, we look at the needs of your property and any safety issues that might be present such as diseased or dead limbs that may fall during a storm, lack of sunlight shining through to your lawn below, branches along rooflines, and fence lines that rodents use as pathways and trees in hazardous locations such as along powerlines.

Your insurance company will be happy to see that you’re keeping trees off of parking garages and buildings, away from cars, plus, you’re controlling damage to vehicles from bird droppings.

Our trimming service always includes a chipper truck that mulches and chips all the branches and tree limbs on-site for easy as-we-go cleanup.

We make sure to maintain a safe environment for our employees and your employees and customers when trimming.

this is removing small limbs and branches to improve the overall appearance and branch structure of the tree.

  • Dead Pruning

this is removing dead, dying, or diseased branches from your tree.

  • Crown Lifting/Raising

this is the removal of low hanging limbs that can obstruct sidewalks or overhang your home or parking spaces.

  • Crown Reduction

this keeps a tree from growing too tall or top-heavy by removing small branches from limbs

  • Crown Thinning

This is the removal of small branches at the top of the tree so that it opens the canopy to allow more sunlight through to the lower branches and ground.

What Type of Trimming Do Your Trees Need?
